The primary vertical is childcare, with additional verticals in pet care, senior care, and task-based jobs. Care.com also explored adjacent products including My Kiddo, an activity-organization app for parents, alongside SmallTalk and Date Night.

Impact
As part of the Care.com mobile team, and later leading the native apps squad, I worked on new features and 0–1 apps, contributed to the design language that would inform Care's cross-platform design system, and led its integration across the seeker and provider apps. Native apps became the highest-performing platform for Care.com — iOS ratings improved from 1.5 to 4.6 stars (~38K ratings), Android from 3 to 4 stars (~19K ratings).
